The product

ReservaBabi brings everything you book day to day into a single app: stays, restaurants, vehicles, events, parking, ridesharing, transport, appointments, shop. A customer side (web + mobile), a professional side (back office), and an API feeding all of it.

Architecture

Turborepo monorepo: one central API, a customer web front end, mobile apps (customer & admin), and an administration back office. The domain — availability, bookings, payments — is modelled once and shared.

What makes the product come alive

Mobile Money payments (MTN MoMo / Orange Money) plus e-tickets generated at booking time.
Real time: booking status notifications pushed instantly.
Built-in video calls (LiveKit) for customer relations and support over video.

My role

Technical project lead: architecture, stack decisions, leading the team (code reviews, standards), sprint planning, DevOps (CI/CD, deployments, monitoring), and the bridge between the business and the engineering side.
